Baking started as a creative outlet for me, but quickly became something so much bigger.

Honestly, I never considered myself a baker — it all happened by accident. One year, my daughter asked me to make her birthday cake. I immediately said no, convinced I couldn’t do it, but she was persistent, so I finally agreed. After lots of trial and error (and plenty of practice), the cake turned out pretty well, and to my surprise, I completely fell in love with the process.

I started baking treats for my family just for fun, but before long, friends and family began asking me to create cakes and desserts for their own celebrations. Little by little, The Evolving Baker was born.

As a wife, mom of three girls, and lifelong creative, I found so much joy in creating desserts that made people feel celebrated, seen, and loved.

What began as custom cakes from my home kitchen slowly evolved into late nights, fully booked weekends, and an incredible community that supported this dream every step of the way.

Today, The Evolving Baker is more than just a bakery — it’s a space built around joy, creativity, and connection. From custom celebration cakes to gourmet cookies, cupcakes, and seasonal treats, everything we create is designed to turn everyday moments into lasting memories.
